About PCM Course

In our ever-changing market, businesses need to be constantly aware of the current issues and respond to the changes in the market. Thus, conferences are often organized to gather the individuals in the industry and address trending issues. A well-run conference serves to facilitate knowledge exchange and encourage activism in an attempt to propel the industry forward. Through a series of lectures and case studies, participants will be equipped with the essential skills to execute a seamless conference.


Upon completion of the PCM course, participants will be awarded 23.5 Continuous Education (CE) clock hours1. These hours can be used in either the Application or Recertification processs of the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) programme.

  • Have experience in the exhibition industry but transitioning to develop and manage meetings/conferences
  • Have just graduated and wish to explore opportunities in the meetings and conferences industry
