Cancellation and transfer:
If you are unable to attend, a substitute attendee is allowed subject to the approval from the organisers. In the event of cancellation, please note that a full refund, less 30% administrative charge, will be made for Cancellations received in writing at least 10 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the event.
**Important –Funding of Course Fee is subject to the SDF Approval
SDF funding is only applicable for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
SDF is only applicable to participants from Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) companies.
SMEs are companies with at least 30% local ownership, with Fixed Assets Investment (FAI) of not more than S$15m, and if in service sector, have an employment size of not more than 200 employees.
Normal Funding for companies are as follows:
SDF Course Fee Funding is at S$ 7 / training hour
The Enhanced Funding for company-sponsored participants above 40 years old and with ‘A’ Level and below qualifications, the SDF Course Fee Funding will be at S$16 / training hour.
